Claire Bellmann

Professional Trainer, Coach and Facilitator

Bio

Co-founder of www.CYCpartenaires.ch, Claire’s ambition and drive is to support individuals and groups in addressing their individual and collective issues and challenges in the work place, while reinforcing their learning and professional development. As a trainer and learning facilitator, she intervenes mainly in the fields of leadership and people management, with a special emphasis on the key role that managers play in coaching and developing their staff. She also designs and facilitates corporate groups reflecting and on strategy, strategic planning, evaluation, problem-solving. Claire has been active for more than 30 years in the international humanitarian field. With the International Committee of the Red Cross she engaged in activities in favour of the protection of the civilian populations and detained persons in conflict situations in the Middle East and Africa as a delegate, team leader and manager. With the Welfare Association as a project manager she supported hundreds of development projects in the Palestinian Territories, Lebanon and Israel and coordinated with a wide range of NGOs. She also created a regional training centre based in Amman, Jordan and directed another one in Vevey, Switzerland. She developed wide scale learning and coaching solutions to foster the evolution of management culture and practices in a given organizational environment. Claire holds a Professional Facilitator Certificate delivered by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), a Professional Coach Certificate recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Brevet Fédéral de Formateur d’Adultes. She initially graduated from Geneva University.
