Bio

Serving as a policymaker and researcher in the field of institutional economics and governance for over 10 years, Kate Henvey works across the Global Practices at the World Bank to implement citizen engagement throughout the Bank’s portfolio. Having contributed to the Strategic Framework for Mainstreaming Citizen Engagement in World Bank Group Operations in the World Bank’s Operational Policy and Country Services unit, Kate has continued her work with the strategic framework by developing citizen engagement research and knowledge products throughout the World Bank Group.

Kate also served in the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of International Affairs and the North American Development Bank. She holds an MA from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service, and a BA from Trinity University, Texas.
