Meet Dr. Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks, a renowned Behavioral Scientist and expert in group dynamics. As the William Russell Kelly Professor of Business Administration and Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, he delves into the intricacies of designing and driving change. Through his extensive research and executive leadership development programs, Professor JSB uncovers unique perspectives on how to shape emotional landscapes, craft innovative solutions, and foster rewarding collaborations in a complex and globally interconnected world. He has been recognized for his work by major publications such as the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, The Harvard Business Review and has even given a TED talk. Sanchez-Burks earned his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan and has also taught at the University of Southern California and held visiting appointments at universities in Singapore, France, and Turkey.
