Carol Menassa is an associate professor in the Tishman Construction Management Program in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on understanding and modeling the impact of occupants on energy use in buildings, and developing decision frameworks to sustainably retrofit existing buildings, with additional projects in international construction, integrated project delivery and quantitative assessment of project manager competencies.
