Coaching Teachers: Promoting Changes that Stick turned out to be a highly effective course to me, an experienced EFL/ESP teacher (20+ years), teacher trainer (2.5 years) and methodologist (1.5 year).

It highlights basic, essential issues not only in coaching, but also it provides a vivid reflection on essential areas in teaching. That is why it was twice useful to me, as after every unit I improved my teaching lessons taking into considerations the ideas/tips/recommendations from the course.

This course is recommended for seniour teachers, novice coaches and those who involved in lesson observation.

Excellent course. Great and very effective ideas that can and should be implemented in schools.

This is a great course. I enjoyed the final assignment because it allowed me to practice what learned. After going through this course I am more confident about my coaching abilities and how to resolve issues that may arise when coaching individuals. I particularly enjoyed watching the behaviors of individuals when they are displaying a fixed mindset. More importantly, I learned techniques for how to address these behaviors.

Very useful information presented in a way that is both interesting and also well structured for learning.

Very helpful and practical outcomes and a course structure that helps to achieve the learning
