Excellent course, it tied together the physiology and yoga very well, the videos that showed how to do the poses and then reminded you what that pose was doing physiologically was very helpful.

I would like to share my enthusiasm and satisfaction about the course I have enjoyed taking. With my prior knowledge of Pranayama Yoga and the in-depth research covered in this course, I have significantly strengthened my knowledge in the field of yoga and health. In particular, the studies conducted regarding people with cancer, heart and stress-related complaints and disorders have increased my understanding in these areas. Gathering this knowledge has been immensely enriching. I have gained a deeper understanding of how our bodies function inside and how nutrition and its processing affect our health. It has been fascinating to learn how methods from yoga, Pranayama and meditation can help promote our well-being. The studies and tests that were conducted gave me valuable insights and further deepened my understanding of these topics. One of the most valuable aspects of this course is that I am now able to better inform and provide insights to others. I feel empowered to share my knowledge and help others understand how to improve their health and well-being. It has become my passion to make others aware of the possibilities that yoga, Pranayama and meditation offer and how these practices can contribute to a better quality of life. In short, the course has not only increased my knowledge, but has given me the opportunity to inspire and educate others. I am grateful for the opportunity to take this course and look forward to further applying and sharing my acquired knowledge with others. I hope that there will also be a trainers course so that one can implement it in their community as a project with your support to share knowledge. i am convinced that it can be an added value for everyone.

Me gustó mucho.

The course is well-organized and all components are clear, coherent. However, I would suggest you to take it if you want to learn about the very basics of Yoga. If you already have a practice, this course would not suffice your needs. As the name suggests, it is an intro to Yoga. I would advise it for a base on anatomy, and the interviews included in the course are interesting.

The course is quite rich. I learned about physiology and its application to astanga yoga practice. A more comprehensive study of medicine and current medical research can be had with a focus on those topics but there was not enough time for me.
