Quantitative Methods in Finance spans overs 4 weeks and teaches all the way from scratch to building up with Statistics. The instructor's explanation is splendid. She teaches the hard topics like Skewness, Kurtosis in a simplistic manner. Really loved the course. I would highly encourage other people, irrelevant of your background, to take this course.

This is an OK course that gives some preliminary knowledge (and good exercises) about the notions of time value of money and very basic statistical analysis. It felt somewhat short for a standalone course, but I guess it is meant more as an introduction for the specialization (which I didn't take). The lecturer was responsive in the forum, but the course just started so that is to be expected. One thing I didn't like is that at some places it was mentioned that some things are "left for the degree course." This is also a paid course (like, I presume, the degree), so I felt a bit cheated and like they were trying to push the full degree when this was mentioned. For anyone who wants a deeper dive into the time value of money, I would recommend "Finance for Non-Finance Professionals" offered by Rice University. For a simple introduction, this course is fine.
