I find this course very helpful for self improvement. Dr Duck- Joo Lee's delivery of course is excellent so easy to understand. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to straighten their life, whoever wants to live with peace. Do it.

I understood that it takes time and effort to unlearn my learned behaviors. Through this subtraction method, I will practice self-reflective meditation to see a new myself. Thanks for introducing this method with real chats and examples.

I did like the course and found it helpful. Though for me it was a bit of a beginner course. i also had a problem with understanding when Dr Lee had guests on and they were talking in another language. Hard to follow.
