A lot of you are taking this course because you're interested in understanding a little bit more about how to approach designing customer experiences. Maybe you want to look at the intersection of branding and customer experience. So, one thing that's going to happen throughout this course is that there's going to be a mindset change. The more you start designing customer experiences, the more you're going to recognize it. Actually customer experiences are all around us in the products and services we use on a daily basis. So, what I encourage you to do is get inspiration from everything that you're doing and working with products and services on a daily basis because there are a lot of lessons to be learned, best practices, worst practices, lost opportunities in terms of the choices that companies or services are making around customer experiences. So, here I am before the entrance to a metro. Actually the metro in public transport in general is a great example of things that can give us lot of inspiration in terms of customer experience. In fact the metro with its signage, it's lighting, it's the frequency of the metro, how comfortable the metro is there's a lot of aspects to customer service and customer experience and that can give you inspiration for some of the approaches that you take in your products and services in your company. So, in the next four weeks you're going to see lots of examples. We're going to show you lots of examples of companies of different sizes providing different products and services and how they are exposing their customer experience. I think you're going to see this mind shift change in the way that you work in and interact with products and services on a daily basis in your own lives. There are a lot of inspirations to take from the ways that companies and services are designing their customer experiences. So, I'm going to go down to the metro which is a great place to explore different decisions that have been made about customer experience. We'll speak to very soon in the next class, bye bye.
