In China during the past two years, China government has been strongly encouraged the transfom… transformations of traditional industry and business into the Internet and technology sector, so we have called <i>shuang chuang. Shuang chuang</i> policy, <i>chuang ye, chuang qi,</i> that means to encourage innovation and to encourage entrepreneurship. And there are getting lot more angel investors and the VC investors, venture capitalists in China. And, of course, China is so big, so Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and even Chengdu, they are getting more full-time or part-time private investors, angel investors. And of course foreign companies or foreign investors, they are also ob … observating, they know there are a lot of chances. And in order to get into China, I think for foreign investors it is quite difficult for them to moving into the angel stage because it is quite local and you have language barrier and it’s difficult to discover those small and young startups which they need only one million, two million RMBs. And many foreign venture capitals, they focus on B round and later stage - B, C round or D round because in that stage, the companies is more more solid and the business model you can see. They have numbers, they have financial statements, they have cash flows, some even start to making profit. So they can also ask the companies to use their VIE structure, that means a joint venture and foreign companies - local company plus foreign companies the parallel structure - to accept their US dollar or foreign currencies investment. So there's a lot of chances for Chinese domestic investors in the seed round and the angel round and also the A round. So there's no conflict because for those foreign venture capitalists, they normally their fund size is more bigger, like their investment is about at least five million US plus and sometimes it is even more, ten million, thirty million, or maybe even hundred million. If the startups is moving to B round or C round, because in B round C round, normally the valuation is about one billion US, right, from… from… I think from one hundred million US to one billion, ok. So, there are some opportunities. And of course foreign investors, they can invest into some local Chinese angel funds or VC fund to become the… part of the GP or shareholder of that early stage fund in order to get to know more project source. There are so many angel funds in China already. But a few years ago, actually most angel investors they are… they are private; they only do it personally. But in these few years, it is getting more because angel investors they're moving into seed round and pre-A round. So and the number of project is getting more. So we need a full team to manage all those projects, especially after the investment, we have to do a lot, to do the value-added services and then to help them to connect to those big enterprise to build up a ecosystem for them.
