[MUSIC] >> Hiring attractive employees for your project. As you know, to execute your project you need a team. And to build your team you need to attract talent, talented people. If you previously have created a successful business, that will be more easy. But if don't, you have to attract people. The problem is when you don't have a track record, you will to use alternative strategy to attract the talent. Which kind of talent you don't want? You don't want corporate employees. You don't want people that they don't love your idea. You don't want people that they don't work hard. You don't want people that they are not flexible. You don't want people that they are not multitasking. You don't want people that they are not prepared to change the business direction. And how to hire the talented people that you need? Where are they? Okay, I think it's very interesting to talk and share your project. I think that's very interesting to share your idea with older previous entrepreneurs that probably have failed. Those people, they know that the hard work, and could collaborate with your company. Or, that is very important, get exposure. Don't do some brand of your project. Because if you do some brand of your project, the people could call you. Share your ideas. Share it with your contacts. Yes, how to do that? Write one page, explaining that you're hiring in a specific position. And send it to your all contacts, explaining that there is an amazing new project, and you are looking new hiring. And you need to be very rigorous to interview in the process. That is one of the most important part of hiring people. Make a very professional interview. Because you only want to hire those people that match for that position. I would recommend two books that are very, very interesting. The first one is Topgrading, by Bradford Smart. And the second one is, Good to Great, from James Collins. And, where are those people online? There are specific websites that offer the jobs for startups. Yes, there are sites that offer jobs for only a startup. Not the big and well known sites for other jobs. And also, there is your network. And also, you can ask your already existing employees. For example, if they know the company, they know you, they know the project, they could think about one person that fits that position. To ending, there is one question. We need to offer a stock option to those people that are entering to your company. I only recommend for the key employees, offering a stock option. Those people that you need to keep in the business, in your project, more than two years. In the next video, I will explain what do you need to do now? Now you have your resources. Data, the people, the finance. And what's next? Let's see. [MUSIC]
