Welcome back. Well, we've reached the end of the semester, and for some of you the end of the, of, of the course. I say for some of you because there is a sequel course, a course on America's unwritten constitution that we will be relaunching next semester. And I hope many of you are able to take that sequel course. But some of you may not be able to take that course, and so I want to first speak to you and, and say just a couple of things. Most important, thank you. Thank you for spending your time in this massive open online course. Your time is precious and I'm very grateful that you've chosen to, to, to spend it with me and and, and in this course. And I have one favor I want to ask. If you're not able to take the sequel course next semester, I would very much invite you, if you are able to do so, to see one more lecture. It's the final lecture for the sequel course. It concludes that course, but it also works, I think, quite well as a conclusion for this first semester. So if you're not going to be able to take the sequel course, I do hope you can see that one final lecture we're putting it online. It's available to you as a, as a bonus lecture. And in that lecture, I'll say a little bit more about what it is that we did in this course, and what I hope you take away from it. And how you might go forward in your life with the, the tools and the information that you've acquired in this course. So the favor is, if you can experience, if you can stand that just one more lecture and do re, do see the bonus lecture as for the sequel course. Even if you can't take the whole sequel course see that last concluding lecture which as I said works well as a conclusion for the first semester. But for the rest of you, the ones who actually are going to take the sequel course, the sequel course is on America's unwritten constitution, and we're going to see how the un, an unwritten constitution fits together with everything that we've studied thus far. We've studied, of course, the written constitution from start to finish, from the preamble to Articles 1, 2, and 3, all the way to Article 7, through all the amendments. And now, in the sequel course you will experience and learn about America's unwritten constitution, a series of tools and techniques for going beyond the written text while remaining faithful to it. So for those of you who are able to take the sequel course, have a great semester break and I'll see you next semester. [MUSIC]
