The Skill of asking the right questions is usually very underrated and many people just overlook it. That's why I'm appreciative of google for teaching this core skill and making it super interesting.

The course covers everything it attempts to. My only negative statement toward this course relates to the feeling that it is meant to be taught to a ninth grader. If so, it deserves a fifth star, but if it is meant for a college grad, it gets four stars because it dumbed things down a bit too much.

I have completed the second course in Data Analytics and it was fun. I enjoyed learning new things, and this course increased my curiosity to explore by asking effective questions. It would be more fun if the reading section include more sample questions and articles, and case studies for knowledge.

So far not many things are different from the 1st course. Too much talk, too many concepts to remember and not much practical stuff. Everything is like "imagine a situation where... what would yo do? what would you ask? what do you think about...?". I hope the next course finally gets more exciting.

Everything was explained very well and in a proper manner, but the course was more focused on theory and less on google sheets, quiz asked includes some questions that are not covered yet and explained later in course that makes learner either to presume the answer or to go back and forth.

The course concept and outline were explained and detailed.

Thank you Google Coursera for putting up programs like this. Please can you help us develop (The learners) develop "Google Data Science Professional Certificate". It will be a great added value and also compliment this one.

For people who do not have any background in business analyst, this course is excellent. It provides real-life examples in different business sectors and disciplines; however, the repetition in this course makes it longe. In addition, many of the lectures could summarize one topic.

A really insightfull course about the basic questions which play a big part in making data driven decisions. The material was planned carefully and I didn't felt bored or unmotivated during the course at all, however I feel like the pace of the course could be a little bit faster.

This course really made me concentrate on the task at hand, no distractions. I had to step away for a little while because I was not really understanding SOW, and then I spoke with a co-worker who is taking the same course and she explained it to me, from there, I was on a roll!

I enjoyed it, although I thought it was going to be more "hands-on" and it was quite theoretical. Ximena, the instructor didn't feel as engaging as the one in the course 1, however it was OK. Very good to build a solid foundation, hoping it will get more technical later on.

I think at the early stage of this course - like week 1. the instructor in the video didn't always make the terms & definitions clear. She has been using too much verbal language. I loved and enjoyed her teaching, just think this could be something to improve in the future.

I am really happy with the structure of course. I am amazed that how even little things have taken into mind while structuring the program. how to make polite and formal yet clear communication is a real key while working in team and its explained very well in this course.

It has been a great course to follow, I have learnt a lot of things. I just found that too many example are great to explain the situation but actually they cannot give you a clear picture. I would have appreciated more exercises or quizzes instead. But course is great!

The presenter of the first course of this series was much more hyped and enthusiastic, unlike the presenter of this second course, she was clearly exhausted on "week 2" and she pronounced the /z/ in words with s like /s/, like: visualize, and it was quite distracting.

I really enjoyed the videos and presenters. I also enjoyed the tests and reading sections. I find the discussion forums somewhat beneficial in that you get to write and answer questions but I find it hard to interact with the other students and to discuss with them.

When working with Qwiklabs there were certain components where I didn't know I was going to do as I wasn't informed of it in any video prior to that assignment, and so it was as though I was being led blind when I did the necessary steps by copying it word for word.

I wished more clear explanations on primary and secondary stakeholders because they were new terms for me. And I got bored when talking a lot about communicative skills. Though I agree it was important but I just felt I spent way too much time on learning it here.

I loved it, but there a few things that need to be changed. some of the instructions in the lab are very difficult to understand. some of the sentences are covered/ cant see them. that makes it hard to understand the instructions. other than that it's fantastic.

I think it should bring more information about the data science tools and decreasing the amount of videos about soft skills. Maybe more texts with examples instead of videos would make the soft skills part be more dynamic, as it was done through the assessment.

The course need to organize better. Specially Week 3; Structured thinking cause problem as it is discussed in start but more better understand at the end of week. So, better to organize in start of week so that one first understand how to think structured.

Not sure if it's my hearing or the instructor has a strange way of pronouncing some words, especially "importance".

I prefer to read the transcripts than watch the videos.

Also, the review at the end of the course is 3-4 repetitions of the same questions???

Everything was nice and smooth. I love how Ximena explained everything. The only thing i got a little confuse about was the scoope of work section. I wish it had a little bit more hands on practice since this seem to be an important part of the analysis.

Skills about comunication are usefull but what is up with random spreadsheets exercises? They were less difficult than what kids learn in middle school and they were random aswell - waste of time. Besides the spreadsheet exercises this course is usefull.

This course provided me some good insights on Project Management and Professional Communication. The only change I would recommend here is if you can create space for more interactive quizes than reading material. Ximena conducted the session very well!

I was hope there is more practicing than just reading and writing information, sometime I was had to repeat each video more than once because they not highlight every important things and I don't like the course challenge and the way to gain the points
