The Skill of asking the right questions is usually very underrated and many people just overlook it. That's why I'm appreciative of google for teaching this core skill and making it super interesting.

The presenter of the first course of this series was much more hyped and enthusiastic, unlike the presenter of this second course, she was clearly exhausted on "week 2" and she pronounced the /z/ in words with s like /s/, like: visualize, and it was quite distracting.

I really enjoyed the videos and presenters. I also enjoyed the tests and reading sections. I find the discussion forums somewhat beneficial in that you get to write and answer questions but I find it hard to interact with the other students and to discuss with them.

When working with Qwiklabs there were certain components where I didn't know I was going to do as I wasn't informed of it in any video prior to that assignment, and so it was as though I was being led blind when I did the necessary steps by copying it word for word.

I wished more clear explanations on primary and secondary stakeholders because they were new terms for me. And I got bored when talking a lot about communicative skills. Though I agree it was important but I just felt I spent way too much time on learning it here.

I loved it, but there a few things that need to be changed. some of the instructions in the lab are very difficult to understand. some of the sentences are covered/ cant see them. that makes it hard to understand the instructions. other than that it's fantastic.

I think it should bring more information about the data science tools and decreasing the amount of videos about soft skills. Maybe more texts with examples instead of videos would make the soft skills part be more dynamic, as it was done through the assessment.

The course need to organize better. Specially Week 3; Structured thinking cause problem as it is discussed in start but more better understand at the end of week. So, better to organize in start of week so that one first understand how to think structured.

Not sure if it's my hearing or the instructor has a strange way of pronouncing some words, especially "importance".

I prefer to read the transcripts than watch the videos.

Also, the review at the end of the course is 3-4 repetitions of the same questions???

Everything was nice and smooth. I love how Ximena explained everything. The only thing i got a little confuse about was the scoope of work section. I wish it had a little bit more hands on practice since this seem to be an important part of the analysis.

Skills about comunication are usefull but what is up with random spreadsheets exercises? They were less difficult than what kids learn in middle school and they were random aswell - waste of time. Besides the spreadsheet exercises this course is usefull.

This course provided me some good insights on Project Management and Professional Communication. The only change I would recommend here is if you can create space for more interactive quizes than reading material. Ximena conducted the session very well!

I was hope there is more practicing than just reading and writing information, sometime I was had to repeat each video more than once because they not highlight every important things and I don't like the course challenge and the way to gain the points

Sometimes it feels like I need more information or experience to really get everything I can from this course. Certain activities felt like they may have been more beneficial in a later part of the course, but I understand why they are paced this way.

i already have a degree in psychology so most of the technique features of the course are already familar to me. but for someone without that experiance the course should have more empathis on technical challenges, i.e how to use spreadsheets better

The course helped me approach how to ask questions, provides the basics that other courses on data analytics wouldn't. It could involve more peer-reviewed assignments, and assesments that arent quiz-based. That will improve the learning outcomes.

I appreciate the oportunity that this course has given me. I will say that the material is a little dry. I understand that all people learn at different levels. So, I do understand that the speed is a little slower. Thank you for the opportunity!!

A lot of the formulas were adding every single cell when the sum function could have been taught instead. Same with finding the average. Felt less time efficient and effective to type in adding every cell rather than using existing functions.

Really solid and easy to understand. If you're a beginner then this course is a great place to start. It gives you a foundational understanding, a big picture about data analytics, and specifcally the first step of any data analysis process.

Very helpful in allowing you to understand the right questions to ask to get the correct data. The emphasis on fairness and being unbiased is much appreciated. This course will allow you to learn the tools needed to ask great questions.

Ximena is a very effective communicator. It was engaging. However, spreadsheet should have been covered in-depth. This course should be redesigned. The first course was data data every where was too good. Compared to that it felt flat.

The instructor was great, but again, I had trouble with the Qwiklab space. The instructions in the video don't correlate to what's happening when I follow the steps. If changes have been made to the process, please update the video.

IT was very useful and learnt not only technical skill but soft skills, I would like the excel part included some extra information, as I knew a bit about Google Sheets some extra information that was not basic. But overall is good

Pretty good! I really enjoyed the Google Sheets part. The virtual computer activity was unique and enjoyable. I think it needs more guided hands-on activities though regarding asking questions and identifying the business problem.

This course has made the basics very clear of how asking questions is important in the initial stage of data analysis to get the required insights. Also how effective communication is important and ways for effective communication.

A lot of material to review and go over. It does have good concepts and material to study. The Sheets file on the Course exam, the last question is missing the sheets file. For those that don't have excel, this can be an issue.
