This course has the power enough to change the course of your life. It can be a journey from misery to well being, if you follow the instructions given in this program. A must must must attend course.

I absolutely enjoyed and learned a lot about happiness from this course. I will definitely recommend it to my peers, as it gets me to the core from my misconceptions to developing the right practices.

Very well planned out and interactive. It focuses on the depth of happiness and ways to be happier. I really liked how we learned data but also how to put positive habits into practice.

Literally a life-changing course as it's not focused on theoretical knowledge, although science presented is very insightful, but helps to build new habits to increase one's happiness.
